inferno: revising trademark symbol to unicode #3353

Description

In order to pass the inferno tests for Single Patient API there were two instances of the html trademark symbol of ® that caused failures. The specific change is revising the ® and replacing it with ®

Addresses the inferno test failures.

Testing

Running the new inferno testing tool that is being developed as well as also running it using the github repo https://github.com/onc-healthit/onc-certification-g10-test-kit
